Change of Status (Change of Status to F-1)
- Complete an international student application form for SEVIS I-20 and submit it via on-line or in person at AmLotus ®, along with $100 USD payment for non-refundable registration fee.
- Submit required supporting documents:
- A copy of your Passport.
- A copy of your Visa.
- A copy of your I-94.
- A copy of your High School or higher Education Diploma.
- Dependent documents (if applicable)
– For spouse: passport, visa, I-94, marriage certificate.
– For child: passport, visa, I-94, birth certificate.
